When you contact Tejomaya, share your name, contact information and the details needed to understand your requirement. We use this information to respond to your enquiry.
InterviewOn applications
Candidate applications and employer vacancy registrations are collected through the linked Tally forms. Tejomaya reviews the submitted information for recruitment and vacancy verification.
Sharing candidate information
Candidate details are shared with the concerned employer only with the candidate’s consent. Please provide only information relevant to recruitment. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents at the initial stage.
External services
Tally processes form submissions. WhatsApp and your email service handle messages sent through their respective services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
Website visit statistics
Our visitor counter uses an anonymous cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It records daily visit totals and page-view totals, not names, application details or query strings. Temporary anonymous hashes help avoid duplicate visits and limit automated requests; the counter does not retain raw IP addresses. Detailed reports are restricted to our administrator. Counts are approximate visits, not unique people. Hosting access logs are managed separately by our hosting provider.

Recruitment outcomes
Submitting a vacancy does not publish it automatically. Candidate applications do not guarantee an interview, selection or employment. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.
