Standard candidate applications are free. Tejomaya does not charge candidates an application fee for ordinary vacancies.
No. Tejomaya reviews candidate information against the vacancy requirements. Final shortlisting and selection are the responsibility of the employer.
Information is used for recruitment and shared with the concerned employer only after the candidate gives consent. Do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents at this stage.
Employers must inform Tejomaya promptly. We confirm the revised schedule and contact invited candidates to check their availability again. Telephone, video and in-person sessions are supported.
